Pat Chohon has been the Owner/Broker of Waldo Realty since 2009 and is licensed in Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota. Starting his real estate career in 1991 with Waldo Realty, Pat specializes in farm, ranch, and recreational property transactions. Over the years, he has been involved in numerous multi-million-dollar sales and complex 1031 exchanges, contributing to the high number of repeat clients Waldo Realty is proud to serve.

Tyson Chohon is a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate in Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota and has been a valued member of the Waldo Realty team since 2009. Matthew Stoltenberg
Matt Stoltenberg is a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate in Nebraska and South Dakota, having joined the Waldo Realty team in 2018. Alongside his real estate work, Matt runs a rangeland consulting business that has supported hundreds of ranchers and land managers in both South Dakota and Nebraska with livestock grazing plans and natural resource solutions. His extensive knowledge of farm and ranch operations brings valuable expertise to the Waldo Realty team, benefiting both buyers and sellers of agricultural land.

Aaron Chohon
Aaron Chohon is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Nebraska and South Dakota, joining the Waldo Realty team in 2018. In 2014, Aaron attended the Worldwide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa, and later, in 2017, completed an advanced course at the Western College of Auctioneering to fine-tune his auctioneering skills. As the exclusive auctioneer for Waldo Realty, Aaron has successfully conducted multiple land auctions, consistently exceeding market value expectations.
